Cancellation Policy

B Dazzling.com provides easy  returns policy on most products. We only ask that you don’t use the product and do preserve the same in its original condition, tags, and packaging.

We accept returns within 48hrs of your receipt of the package.

Our return management executive will arrange for return pickup if serviceable in your location.

Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, you shall have to ship the product at your end. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs limited to 89/- (not actuals) into your B Dazzling account in the form of a coupon code** instead of a refund. provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Coupon codes** will be processed after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check.

If the returned product(s) meets all the criterion for return, then we will initiate your refund** within 24-48 working hours of receiving the parcel. You will receive an email confirming the same If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you .We charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping such parcels.

Incase of transit damages (reported within 48 hours of order reception), we will get the product replaced free of cost or issue a full refund coupon voucher that can be utilised for an alternate purchase.

All returns & exchanges are subject to stock availability.

There is no Cancellation of placed orders. Customers are requested to avoid impulsive purchases.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it do click a picture for proof & refuse to accept it. You can mail us with the details at support@bdazzling.in mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of procedures at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing. 

Coupon Code**

A coupon code is given instead of a refund. Considering the delivery & operational cost involved, ₹120 or 10% of the product value (whichever is higher) will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. 

The coupon code(unlimited validity) mailed to you can be used at checkout, for your next purchase.

Return handling costs in case of self ship will be added to the coupon code worth Rs 89/- & not actuals.

Does B Dazzling deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, B Dazzling.in delivers products only within India.

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Cancellation and Modifications

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. . The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation will be communicated to you.

If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred to your B Dazzling account and may be reversed back in your account.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

 Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at contact@Bdazzling.in with order details.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our generous returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or chooses to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs.69 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

Payment Terms 

We accept payment through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile wallets, UPI, Cash-on-Delivery. We currently do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft.
